Max and Gloria provide wonderful food, seductive atmosphere and an open-arms welcome that makes you feel you’ve come home. It’s a mix of some old favourites, popular dishes and some well kept secrets of Italy. Head Chef Gloria makes by hand the pasta, sauces and desserts with only the finest ingredients – most of which are sourced locally in Deal - but with a few special deliveries direct from Italy for the authentic Italian feel.
